Pineridge Capital Partners LLC. is comprised of professionals from various disciplines including Private Equity, Structured Finance, Legal Services, and Project Management. The members of the group have extensive experience working for Fortune 100 companies assisting commercial real estate developers, EPC firms, and project sponsors across all aspects of development including advisory, project finance and project management.
Depending on the needs and goals of the project sponsor, Pineridge Capital Partners can provide support across functions and develop and execute a detailed plan of action to assist with the goals of their clients. Services include project advisory and economic feasibility assessments, contract negotiations, JV partnerships and legal formations through the affiliation with MBE Inc., a legal service consulting firm, and brokerage services provided through Pineridge's affiliation with NexGen Real Estate group.

CHRISTIAN MACELLARI
Managing Director
Project Advisory
Christian Macellari has over 20 years of finance and real estate private equity experience having helped originate, negotiate and acquire over $2 billion in real estate assets and structured credit facilities throughout his career. He is currently the Director of Acquisitions at a $4.5 billion AUM private equity group focusing on multifamily and office assets and has held previous roles within the Institutional Middle Markets Group at Morgan Stanley as well as having worked at Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan in various capacities. Christian has advised Developers, Project Sponsors and Real Estate Private Equity firms providing Capital and Project Advisory services as well as Debt/Structured Finance Capital Placement services. He provides advice to Project Sponsors on capital structures and valuable balance sheet management techniques which can lead to enhanced economic returns. He believes every successful project starts with a strong economic feasibility evaluation in order to determine the best approach to executing the sponsor's action plan.
Christian earned his Master of Real Estate and Finance degree from Georgetown University and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
SIMON MALAK

Legal Services
Simon Malak’s, JD/MBA, professional experience extends over 30 years in commercial real estate. He has specialized in the representation of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private equity groups. In addition to Simon's legal career, he has held VP and Director level roles in Acquisitions, Development, and Government Compliance at firms such as Disney Corp and Citywide Affordable Housing. He is well-versed in transaction management, lending, escrow, inspections, property insurance, and asset management.
Simon earned his Juris Doctorate and Master in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications from the University of Southern California.
WAYNE ODESNIK

As founder of NexGen Capital Group, Wayne provides real estate advisory, brokerage, and capital placement services to Pineridge's clients. Wayne is a Florida licensed real estate broker and has spent the last 15 years of his career working with many of the largest institutional developers and real estate private equity firms in the world. In addition to his real estate career, Wayne was also previously a professional tennis player having competed in the world stage against some of the best tennis players in the world. His competitive nature translates into all facets of his work and is a benefit to Pineridge's clients.
WILL VAN RENSBURG
Director of Capital Improvements
Will is originally from South Africa and came to the US at an early age to pursue his dream as a professional tennis player. Will is currently the President and Owner of Avlo Construction, LLC (Avlo Construction (avlo-construction.com)
Will strives to facilitate customer satisfaction while maintaining sustainability and practicality as a primary goal. Through Will's expertise in the construction management space, Pineridge can offer the full spectrum of construction and contracting services, for both smaller value-add repositioning strategies and large-scale projects. Services include owner representation or project management for all types of capital improvement projects.
Prior to opening Avlo Construction, Will was the Director of Construction for LivCor – a Blackstone company where he managed all capital improvement projects for the firm's South Florida Portfolio, consisting of 11,000 units.
Before LivCor, Will worked as VP of Construction and Asset Management for Pensam Capital, where he managed and oversaw the company’s Multifamily portfolio’s capital improvement projects across the US, consisting of 13,000 units.
